Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate implementation and support of JDE modules by analyzing complex business process requirements and providing system solutions.
  • •Collect and validate customer requirements through workshops and detailed requirement documentation.
  • •Lead QA activities including test management, test strategy, test case design/reviews, and defect management.
  • •Support understanding and testing of order-to-cash and related processes such as sales order entry, pricing, logistics, and sales order reports.
  • •Analyze and work with interfaces and support full cycle implementation and support projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of experience in testing with at least 3+ years as an Order to Cash Functional Consultant across related modules.
  • •Strong knowledge of sales order entry, consignment process, advance pricing, service and warranty management, logistics, and sales order reports.
  • •Experience with inventory setup, daily processing, costing and planning, periodic processing, and global updates/purges.
  • •Experience in leading or managing a 10+ member QA team and managing direct reports’ career development.
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps is preferable.
