Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the General Manager to define and execute strategies for enhancing fleet health.
  • •Track safety KPIs, deliver reports to stakeholders, and analyze safety trends, anomalies, and interventions.
  • •Ensure readiness for deployment through site/fleet readiness assessments and implementation of best practices.
  • •Lead site safety programs, including weekly safety stand-downs and safety concern reporting workstreams, and remediate nonconformance.
  • •Drive predictive maintenance, manage upgrades, run tabletop exercises with vendors, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
