Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for a defined region of stores or operational topics, providing practical support, troubleshooting and guidance.
  • •Ensure national SOPs, policies and procedures are communicated clearly, adopted consistently and continuously improved.
  • •Partner with store managers to identify operational challenges, escalate issues and drive timely solutions.
  • •Support day-to-day store operations, including stockroom processes, compliance, safety routines and operational standards.
  • •Conduct regular store visits to assess standards, coach teams, gather feedback and report on operational KPIs, risks and opportunities for improvement.
