Key Responsibilities

•Spot opportunities by identifying new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting.
•Connect with leads and activate them as referral partners.
•Foster and strengthen relationships through regular in-person visits, emails, and thoughtful interactions.
•Contribute to the development of the Provider Partnerships function by shaping internal and external processes and educational resources.
•Own end-to-end relationship management with Nourish’s provider partners, and collaborate with teams to scale referral networks.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of direct experience engaging with providers in a BD, sales, account management or partnerships capacity
•Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
•Strong time management and organizational skills
•Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and an aptitude for learning new systems
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. for this position
