•Enhance Firefox development workflows to reduce time spent testing and debugging and increase automation of workflows
•Collaborate with a geographically distributed development team and provide code reviews and technical direction
•Mentor other team members and be mentored by more senior engineers
•Collaborate with other teams through code reviews and architectural guidance
•Analyze development workflow data, create dashboards, and identify trends to inform improvements
