Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the bridges/structural team on EC projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
•Technically lead the team, coordinating resources across offices (Spain, Poland, India) as needed.
•Perform advanced designs, explore alternative designs, materials, and construction techniques.
•Organize EC work packages, develop project execution plans, and define delivery strategy with internal clients.
•Mentor and evaluate less-experienced team members across EC Europe and other offices.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Master en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puentes)
•Minimum 8 years of proven experience in bridge and/or structural design, including international/multicultural teams
•Fluent in English (oral and written)
•Experience with international standards (AASTHO; AREMA; Australian Codes; British Standards)
•Professional knowledge of engineering software for bridge/structural analysis (preferably MIDAS Civil; also CSiBridge, SAP2000, Sofistik)
