Job Summary

Own end-to-end accounts receivable and cash lifecycle for IT Cloud, including cash application, collections, refunds, write-offs, credit memos, and reconciliations. Drive three-way reconciliations and investigate variances to improve cash flow, DSO, and revenue accuracy while identifying revenue leakage risks. Produce AR Aging and KPI reporting, support monthly cash flow forecasts, and provide Finance/Revenue leadership with clear, data-backed insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including cash application, collections, refunds, write-offs, credit memos, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
•Ensure accurate three-way reconciliation between NetSuite, bank activity, and marketplace data; investigate variances and recommend corrective actions.
•Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks such as billing gaps, disputes, unapplied cash, credit exposure, and delayed collections.
•Own AR inputs into monthly cash flow forecasts and analyze AR Aging, DSO, and key AR KPIs to surface trends and risks.
•Provide regular updates and recommendations to Finance and Revenue leadership, escalating overdue or unusual AR issues with clear context and next steps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, collections, cash application, or AR accounting.
•Strong proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite) and intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
•Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and cash flow concepts.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
