Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an interface between certified assembly/on-site installation partners and internal departments (R&D, quality, sales, customer service, PLMs).
  • •Create audit plans in coordination with DEKRA EXAM and conduct on-site quality audits with partners.
  • •Coordinate resolution of quality issues, including tracking corrective actions.
  • •Produce monthly reports on quality KPIs and define initial and follow-up equipment setups for partners.
  • •Develop partner program documentation and deliver portfolio-spanning product trainings; maintain SAP master data and support ESplan software training data management.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical training in electrical engineering (ideally as technician, master craftsman, or bachelor).
  • •At least 3 years of professional experience with electrotechnical products, preferably within the Crouse-Hinds portfolio.
  • •Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAE software, plus good skills in MS Office and Windows.
  • •Excellent communication skills with a hands-on mindset.
  • •Fluent German and English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel within the region.
