Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform highly complex technical assignments related to field surveying and construction layout to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • •Verify engineering computations, inspect construction work, and conduct field testing to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to junior inspectors to ensure consistent inspection execution.
  • •Establish and manage project timelines and deadlines to support project delivery; perform daily field inspections and maintain inspection records and reports.
  • •Track and report quality assurance progress, support punch list/system testing/commissioning, and contribute to documentation for area/equipment turnover and project closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required to visit project sites and clients (pass an MVR review).
  • •4 years of CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction (preferred).
  • •CTQP and FDOT/inspection-related qualifications (preferred).
