Job Summary

Own Figma Weave’s events strategy to drive both brand awareness and enterprise pipeline. Lead content, branding, and speaking sessions at major industry conferences in partnership with demand-gen and sales enablement teams. Run Weave’s standalone events end to end, manage budgets, coordinate agencies and vendors, represent VP+ stakeholders, and track/report performance from reach through pipeline contribution. •Own event strategy: choose which events to attend and tie each to brand awareness or enterprise pipeline.
•Own conference presence execution, including content, branding, speaking sessions, and awareness goals with demand-gen partnerships.
•Run Weave standalone events end to end, coordinating with field marketing and regional teams.
•Build and manage the events budget, accountable for awareness and pipeline outcomes.
•Work with sales to connect event activity to lead generation and pipeline goals; manage agencies and report on event performance.
