Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a client experience culture and be present with clients and teammates to deliver excellent service.
  • •Engage in outside calling to small business clients, building centers of influence and networks to generate referrals.
  • •Lead, develop, and manage branch sales and the team’s performance through coaching, onboarding, and training.
  • •Manage branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls and timely completion of operational tasks.
  • •Grow business through retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, partnering internally and managing COIs and stakeholders.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
  • •3+ years of experience in a sales capacity with proven ability to lead and coach a sales team.
  • •3+ years of small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
  • •General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit (loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports) and ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
