Drive growth for the Savoury category across Latin America by identifying market opportunities, defining portfolio strategies, and accelerating deployment of Kerry Taste technologies and solutions. Serve as a key connector between Commercial, Strategic Marketing, R&D, Applications, and customer teams to translate market and customer insights into innovation, value creation, and commercial success. Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution and support technical customer engagements such as tastings and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute growth strategies for the Savoury category across Latin America.
•Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to support sustainable business growth.
•Build and communicate value propositions aligned with customer and market requirements.
•Drive deployment and commercialization of Kerry technologies, solutions, and innovation platforms.
•Lead cross-functional projects and manage strategic initiatives from concept to execution, including customer engagements (tastings, validations, demonstrations, technical presentations).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
•Significant experience in Product Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, Marketing, R&D, or Innovation within the food ingredients industry.
•Experience with flavours, taste technologies, seasonings, savoury solutions, smoke technologies, fermentation, or flavour modulation.
•Strong understanding of food categories such as Meat, Snacks, Savoury Applications, and Bakery.
•Ability to lead cross-functional, regional projects and translate market opportunities into growth initiatives; strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills.
