Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the global employee experience strategy to strengthen connection, engagement, culture, and belonging.
  • •Create and measure employee-facing standards, processes, and programs, using feedback and insights to continuously improve.
  • •Own end-to-end employee onboarding experiences, including orientation, communications, and connection points.
  • •Lead office experience programming and partner with Facilities, IT, Security, and local leaders to support the intended workplace experience.
  • •Own company-wide communications and all-hands rhythm, and help plan and execute major global offsites and events using repeatable frameworks.
