Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers with transactional needs and answer basic inquiries (account balances, transaction history, service charges, interest rates).
  • •Maintain daily teller operational standards, including cash drawer security, cash balancing, item capture, counterfeit identification, and teller station supplies.
  • •Educate customers on bank products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM) as appropriate.
  • •Recognize customer needs and refer customers to bank partner(s) for cross-sell or service opportunities.
  • •Protect the bank by following confidentiality, compliance, and security procedures (including transaction reporting, suspicious activity reporting, and robbery/fraud procedures).

Key Requirements
