Job Summary

Load and unload feed trucks, delivery trucks, hopper bottom trucks, and rail cars following Packers and Stockyards procedures. Perform feed order/deliver system functions, operate receiving equipment, report and assist with equipment repairs, and support team coverage when others are absent. Maintain clean work areas, complete routine errands, and cross-train across positions while following mill safety rules and working in extreme conditions as needed.

•Load feed trucks and unload feed delivery trucks, hopper bottom trucks, and rail cars following Packers and Stockyards procedures.
•Perform feed order/deliver system functions and operate receiving equipment.
•Report needed repairs and assist in equipment repairs.
•Fill in for team members who are absent or on vacation, including running errands.
•Keep work areas clean and follow mill safety rules while working in extreme heat/cold and dusty environments.

Key Requirements

•6+ months of machine operator experience (can be combined across employers).
•6 months of continuous work experience with one employer within the last 24 months.
•Basic computer skills with experience using SAP, Workday, MTech, or other Tyson Feed Systems preferred.
•Basic mechanical skills and the ability to operate receiving equipment safely.
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (including climbing ladders/stairs, riding in a man-lift) while following mill safety rules.
