Monitor and optimize Delaware Basin oil and gas production from a centralized control room using SCADA and HMI systems. Manage disciplined alarm response (ANSI/ISA-18.2), oversee central facility equipment performance, coordinate crude oil hauling and product movements, and validate production losses to prevent repeat issues. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams during normal and abnormal conditions while supporting incident command and regulatory documentation on a rotating 7/7 day-night schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and optimize production from the Delaware Operations Center using SCADA and HMI, tracking pressures, flow rates, and equipment status.
•Apply disciplined alarm management (ANSI/ISA-18.2) by prioritizing, responding to, and documenting alarms to reduce downtime and improve response during abnormal conditions.
•Oversee central facility equipment performance remotely (compression, separation, stabilization, dehydration) to maintain throughput and equipment health.
•Coordinate crude oil hauling dispatch and product movements to prevent tank overfill, trucking delays, and sales interruptions.
•Track, analyze, and validate production losses daily and monthly, capturing causes and corrective actions to prevent repeat events.

Key Requirements
