Spanish Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6 by helping create a calm, orderly learning environment. Observe children to understand individual needs, assist with individualized and small-group activities, and build warm, respectful relationships with children and families. Collaborate with Lead Guides to strengthen classroom community while learning and growing within the Montessori approach.
