Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor, hold accountable, and develop direct reports, including coaching, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and problem solving while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives and ensuring health & safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
