Job Summary

Own Zefir’s full-funnel acquisition engine, driving scalable growth across paid channels, a greenfield SEO/organic motion, and lead-generation partnerships. Manage day-to-day performance against targets using segment-level economics and a rigorous tracking stack (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, server-side attribution). Design incrementality measurement (geo-lift, control groups) and lead a Content Strategist plus freelancers and agencies in tight collaboration with Sales, Brand, and Product.

•Architect and execute the full-funnel acquisition strategy across paid channels, SEO/organic, and lead-generation partnerships.
•Run and optimize acquisition performance to hit targets while owning an eight-figure budget with segment-level economics.
•Master and manage the marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads and others) and the tracking stack (GTM, server-side, attribution).
•Design a rigorous incrementality framework (geo-lift, control groups) to validate true growth drivers.
•Lead execution by managing a Content Strategist and a bench of freelancers/agencies and owning lead-generation partnerships end-to-end.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 75,000 - 85,000 annually

•Experience building scalable acquisition systems autonomously, using no-code and AI where useful.
•Experience managing in-house contributors plus a bench of freelancers and agencies; fluent in English and French.
