Lead traffic engineering for a major Riyadh transport project, overseeing all traffic management during construction and operations. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the review, approval, and supervision of temporary and permanent traffic management plans and detour strategies.
•Ensure traffic management designs are compliant with local standards, project-specific requirements, and international best practices.
•Coordinate with municipal authorities, contractors, and traffic enforcement for successful implementation of traffic diversions and staging.
•Monitor and supervise on-site implementation of traffic control measures, ensuring safety and minimal disruption to road users.
•Identify and mitigate traffic-related risks, and support interface coordination across multiple contractors and project zones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 15 years of experience in traffic engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or SME-level role.
•Experience on large-scale infrastructure or transport projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
•Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory frameworks, including MOT, Riyadh Municipality, and Royal Commission standards.
•Expertise in temporary traffic management (TTM), construction staging, and traffic impact mitigation.
