Job Summary

Lead strategic tendering for Light Well Intervention, Subsea Well Access, and Subsea Services Strategic Initiatives, driving profitable growth through early engagement. Partner with Regional Sales Leaders and Global Technical Sales to deliver competitive proposals, translating customer drivers into winning strategies. Own deal risk governance, proposal preparation, cost modeling, program management, pricing, and contract redlining/negotiations, and provide commercial support through execution and variation management.

•Partner with Regional Sales Leaders and Global Technical Sales to deliver competitive tenders for subsea services customers, driving profitable growth.
•Deliver Light Well Intervention, Fluid Intervention, and Strategic Initiatives deals from early engagement through award, developing service solutions across product lines and vessel partners.
•Lead Subsea WellAccess Open Water Intervention tendering solutions with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and successful proposals.
•Lead other strategic services tenders when required, including installation & commissioning, life of field, plug & abandon, terminator, and decommissioning scopes.
•Manage commercialization and tendering efforts for decommissioning activities, including understanding customer requirements and translating them into winning opportunity strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical/business-related field or proven experience in commercial operations.
•Strong prior experience in the O&G/Subsea industry, preferably tendering/commercial/contract management in aftermarket/services.
•Experience in tendering, contract formation and administration.
•Strong business acumen with a proven track record in developing tender strategies.
•Knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and pricing, plus legal aspects of the aftermarket/services business.
