Job Summary

Develop and execute an AI and automation roadmap for Western Europe Amazon e-commerce, shaping how Philips Personal Health products are discovered, ranked, and recommended by AI shopping assistants. Drive adoption through training and governance, and lead test-and-learn initiatives to scale high-impact use cases across Amazon markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute an AI and automation roadmap for Western Europe Amazon e-commerce.
•Build a future-proof e-commerce strategy for AI-driven shopping experiences, including AI assistants and agentic commerce.
•Define and improve how Philips Personal Health products are discovered, compared, ranked, and recommended by AI shopping assistants.
•Develop automated reports and alerts for sales, traffic, conversion, media efficiency, share of search, digital shelf quality, pricing, availability, and portfolio performance.
•Establish responsible AI and data governance standards and lead test-and-learn initiatives to validate and scale new AI e-commerce opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Amazon Ads, retail media, or digital shelf platforms such as Profitero or Flywheel Commerce Cloud
•Use AI tools, machine learning models, automation platforms, or predictive analytics in a business context
•Ability to script computer applications to support analytics and automation workflows
•Hands-on experience with AI-driven search, recommendation engines, or conversational/agentic commerce
•Experience building dashboards, automated reports, or business intelligence solutions
