Diagnose and fix unexpected breakdowns, replace worn or damaged parts, and document work performed. Maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies, coordinate regular maintenance with managers, and support equipment changes for new products. Follow safety policies, wear required PPE, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
