Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide management oversight of the Completion Center and ensure delivery of aircraft to the Boeing China Delivery Center.
  • •Own corporate governance and reporting to the seven-member Board of Directors, including implementation of board resolutions.
  • •Secure government and regulatory approvals to maintain ongoing operational compliance.
  • •Drive company strategy and annual operating plans for safety, quality, delivery, people, and financial performance.
  • •Ensure aircraft conformance to engineering requirements and releases aircraft as safe to fly while building a culture that enhances productivity, safety, and environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience in aviation (airlines, MRO, OEM manufacturing, or related industry).
  • •5+ years of leadership/management experience across multiple functions and/or a sizable organization.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead manufacturing operations delivering safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction results.
  • •Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English and ability to work on-site in Zhoushan; willingness and ability to travel as required.
