Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a high-performing, fully remote data science team at the intersection of blockchain, intelligence, and machine learning.
•Drive technical innovation across the data science stack (e.g., Airflow, BigQuery, Kafka, Python), scaling models and pipelines with quality.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and intelligence teams to transform blockchain data into insights.
•Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while growing the team’s technical and product maturity.
•Help establish TRM as a market leader in blockchain attribution, improving accuracy, trust, and usability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 230,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience managing data science or ML teams.
•Proven experience with large-scale data systems such as BigQuery and Snowflake.
•Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with production code practices (git, testing, notebooks).
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Physics, Engineering); advanced degree preferred.
•Operate effectively in complex, ambiguous environments and lead across the data science/ML stack.
