Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead functional ownership and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, including cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules.
  • •Reconcile Receipt Accounting sub-ledger variances to the General Ledger and ensure RBNI reports are accurate and automated.
  • •Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS systems.
  • •Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components for accurate COGS reporting and inventory valuation.
  • •Evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates for costing-flow impact and run regression testing on automated accounting entries before production.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions in manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred).
  • •Deep transactional accounting experience, including receipt accruals, landed cost management (LCM), and work-in-process (WIP) costing.
  • •Ability to write SQL queries for reconciliation and experience using OTBI for financial reporting.
  • •Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and translating requirements into ERP settings.
  • •U.S. Citizen or Greencard holder status required; ability to be in-office full time and travel up to 25–50%.
