Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the marketing and cross-functional teams with ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • •Manage, organize, and track mortgage marketing assets, including campaign collateral and digital design assets.
  • •Coordinate loan originator marketing requests and manage ticket submission and project entry in the marketing ticket system.
  • •Monitor promotional inventory, order promotional items and closing gifts, and track loan originator marketing expenses.
  • •Assist with social media platform implementation and content, and contribute to creating and distributing marketing materials and compliance documentation for audits.
