•Support development and ongoing refinement of CSBB strategy by translating enterprise direction into priorities, outcomes, and decision frameworks.
•Integrate performance trends, analytics insights, and external context to inform strategic trade-offs, risks, and investment prioritization.
•Synthesize inputs from Strategy, Performance, Analytics, Finance, and Line of Business leaders into coherent, decision-ready perspectives.
•Develop executive-level materials and narratives for forums including Board, TPA, ESEC, and external communications.
•Provide structured challenge on strategic hypotheses, investment proposals, and performance narratives to improve decision quality.
