Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, outreach to, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program via phone, text, and email, with some in-person work at clinics and partner locations.
  • •Listen to eligible members, meet them where they are, and tailor communication to support enrollment through multiple outreaches when needed.
  • •Educate partner organizations on Pair Team services and explain the Enhanced Care Management program benefits to eligible members.
  • •Leverage community knowledge and customer service skills to build trust and enroll individuals.
  • •Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, meet key enrollment metrics, and provide updates on funnel stages, delays, and blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •You are physically located in the United States and can work PST hours.
  • •1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment.
  • •Bilingual in English/Spanish with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).

  • •A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
