Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete requested repairs (reactive, proactive, and pre-planned) to required standards within SLA deadlines.
  • •Manage your own workflow and collaborate with the team when needed to deliver repairs.
  • •Take responsibility for Health & Safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
  • •Provide out-of-hours emergency cover on a rota (once every 8–10 weeks) to support 24/7 emergency responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous maintenance experience in a related field such as joinery, fitting, plumbing, or painting & decorating.

  • •Ability to manage your own workflow and work within a team when necessary.
  • •Maintain Health & Safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
