Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the IAM Director and Senior Service Delivery Manager with planning activities, meeting support, running reports, and data analysis.
  • •Gather requirements with the Product Owner and stakeholders and develop Agile Features and User Stories for execution.
  • •Lead and facilitate backlog refinement sessions, refining acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and story points so stories are ready for prioritization.
  • •Work with the Product Owner and SMEs to refine epics and ensure readiness of questions and workstreams before prioritization; serve as a liaison to stakeholders and the Testing team.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, reviews/planning), help manage sprint goals and backlog cleanup, and create progress dashboards and OKRs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Program/Project Manager, or related experience.
  • •1+ years of professional experience managing IAM projects.
  • •General knowledge of IAM, including RACF mainframe and/or tools such as SailPoint IIQ or CyberArk.
  • •Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and write/refine user stories with attention to detail.
