Own the design engineering authority for vaporizers, filters, purifiers, pressure gauges, and related liquid delivery technologies across the full product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the Design Engineering Authority (DEA) for vaporizers, filters, purifiers, pressure gauges, and related liquid delivery technologies across the full product lifecycle.
•Define and drive 3–5 year technology roadmaps, identifying technology gaps, obsolescence risks, and next-generation solutions across business units.
•Lead supplier development, qualification, dual-source initiatives, and product improvement efforts to improve reliability, performance, and total cost of ownership.
•Develop and deploy system-level solutions for liquid and vapor delivery challenges, including closed-loop control strategies, intelligent sensing, and advanced diagnostics.
•Lead cross-functional programs, perform root-cause investigations, define qualification/test requirements and acceptance criteria, and mentor engineers.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 163,000 - 224,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering discipline (advanced degree preferred).
•10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment and/or precision mechanical or fluid delivery systems industries.
•Expertise in supplier development, component engineering, qualification methodologies, failure analysis, reliability engineering, and product lifecycle management.
•Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment architecture, high-purity fluid systems, contamination control, materials compatibility, and supplier quality management.
•Ability to define technology strategies, influence roadmaps, and drive execution across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
