Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing plans, translating engineering drawings into repeatable work instructions and optimizing MES routings.
  • •Own MBOM strategy and as-built configuration management to ensure accurate translation from EBOM.
  • •Partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to establish build sequences, monitor order flow, and make sequencing/allocation decisions for production ramp-up.
  • •Manage engineering changes across active manufacturing plans and assess impacts on MES routings, WIP, and delivery timelines.
  • •Provide shop-floor support for NPI, prototype builds, and rate ramp-ups while coordinating across Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, production planning, or production control in complex electromechanical/hardware environments.
  • •Experience in NPI environments, transitioning complex products from design to sustained, high-rate production.
  • •Expertise creating and maintaining MBOMs, build process routings, and translating EBOM structures.
  • •Hands-on experience with MES and Product Data Management (PDM) software.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications and navigate aggressive timelines and trade-offs; must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
