Key Responsibilities

  • •Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products, gating go-lives against regulatory and operational requirements.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners to deliver roadmap milestones and compliance/infrastructure work.
  • •Run day-to-day operations across US regulated entities, including licensing maintenance, operational risk/incident management, outsourcing/intra-group coordination, and audit/examination readiness.
  • •Lead operational work behind US licensing workstreams, partnering with Legal and Compliance on governance processes, controls, documentation, and supporting approvals for state money transmitter and lending licenses.
  • •Serve as operational counterpart to regulators/examiners and represent the operational side of the US regulated entities in board, regulatory, and executive discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of experience, with roots in strategy consulting and a track record of operational execution in-house.
  • •Operate inside a scaling fintech, bank, or crypto firm, taking on scope beyond title (e.g., special projects, chief of staff, operations strategy, business/product operations).
  • •Experience running or supporting a B2B or B2B2C business, ideally including platform teams (shared infrastructure, APIs, internal-client/partner models).
  • •Working familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape and how supervision/examination work.
  • •Experience setting up or working with compliance programs, including KYC/KYB onboarding programs.
