Investor Relations Officer

Support the investor relations team for a live Pre-Series A, coordinating investor meetings and maintaining the investor data room and CRM. Manage meeting notes, commitment tracking, and follow-up actions, and help draft and produce quarterly LP reports and investor updates. Screen inbound investor inquiries, assist with roadshow travel and logistics, and gradually take on more correspondence and reporting. Bring strong writing and reliability under deadlines.
