Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide supervisory mentorship and technical direction to a geographically distributed team, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • •Guide the design and implementation of the NVIDIA compiler stack.
  • •Develop and execute a roadmap for optimization techniques that improve AI performance on NVIDIA systems and leverage key hardware capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure language conformance, robustness, and high-quality code generation.
  • •Serve as a steward of compiler product offerings by partnering with product managers, key customers, and ISVs to address critical needs.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •16+ overall years of research and technology development.
  • •10+ years of technical lead/management experience.
  • •Experience developing production compilers (or related software) and collaborating on large code bases.
  • •Strong background in AI compilers and systems software, with experience collaborating with academia and open source communities.
