Key Responsibilities

  • •Own platform strategy and execution — end-to-end data platform architecture, tooling decisions, and roadmap to enable broad self-serve data access.
  • •Be hands-on with Snowflake and DBT, contributing directly on builds, migrations, and optimizations.
  • •Integrate and rationalize diverse source systems and vendors into a cohesive, reliable data warehouse.
  • •Design and evolve data modeling approaches, including mart/gold layer design and governance considerations.
  • •Lead and develop a small high-impact team, setting a high bar for craft, communication, and ownership.
