Key Responsibilities

•Own platform strategy and execution — end-to-end data platform architecture, tooling decisions, and roadmap to enable broad self-serve data access.
•Be hands-on with Snowflake and DBT, contributing directly on builds, migrations, and optimizations.
•Integrate and rationalize diverse source systems and vendors into a cohesive, reliable data warehouse.
•Design and evolve data modeling approaches, including mart/gold layer design and governance considerations.
•Lead and develop a small high-impact team, setting a high bar for craft, communication, and ownership.

•Experience navigating complex, heterogeneous source systems and integrating them into a cohesive data warehouse.
•Strong point of view on data access philosophy and governance, balancing raw data accessibility with structure where appropriate.
•Leadership experience building and developing a small high-impact data/engineering team with a focus on craft, communication, and ownership.
