Job Summary

Support employee readiness and strengthen client experience across multiple branch locations by leading onboarding, role transitions, and field-based coaching. Partner with Community Banking leaders to assess talent readiness, identify skill gaps, and align on performance priorities. Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate standards, deliver scenario-based training, reinforce service and sales expectations, monitor operational indicators, and drive risk-reduction action plans through consistent documentation and follow-through.

•Lead structured onboarding, role transitions, and early development support using established training programs and certification requirements.
•Conduct routine branch visits to assess standards, provide real-time coaching, and deliver scenario-based training.
•Provide targeted coaching using observations, transaction/account reviews, and documentation checks to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
•Monitor key performance and operational indicators and partner with leaders to develop action plans addressing emerging risks.
•Maintain standardized documentation and support change initiatives by reinforcing new systems, processes, and enterprise initiatives across branches.

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of banking or related experience (or equivalent education and experience).

•Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software programs, with strong 10-key proficiency.
•Valid driver’s license required; Nationwide Multistate Licensing System preferred.
