Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 8-month Technical Sales track with three rotations, gaining hands-on experience in TI’s sales and applications process.
  • •Learn to build and manage customer relationships and influence decisions to grow TI’s revenue.
  • •Partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win customer opportunities using TI’s one-of-a-kind virtual account system in real-time and simulated environments.
  • •As a future TSR, manage and quantify leads and handle the commercial aspects of customer relationships.
  • •Develop, forecast, and monitor an annual plan for revenue growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
  • •Ability to effectively balance technical skills with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
