Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the Dubai HR strategic plan by providing input and information aligned with departmental needs.
  • •Support the operational plan by updating and filling projects and tasks for the relevant department.
  • •Execute and follow procedures to extract, process, and analyze HR employee data in centralized government systems based on instructions from the direct manager.
  • •Compile, interpret, and present large digital datasets clearly for internal stakeholders and relevant entities, identifying future directions through forecasting.
