Job Summary

Evaluate, create, and maintain enterprise technical patterns, platforms, and services that support complex application and infrastructure capabilities. Partner with technical teams to design scalable, secure, and reliable architectures, conduct architecture reviews, and manage a technology portfolio. Establish enterprise-wide standards and best practices, mentor and train teams, and evaluate new technologies through proof-of-concepts while ensuring compliance across programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate, establish, coach, and maintain enterprise-wide technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for software development, quality, and infrastructure.
•Design scalable, reliable, and secure architecture solutions and conduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
•Maintain and manage the technical portfolio for assigned technology areas in collaboration with software engineering teams and leaders.
•Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms (including third-party solutions) and run proof-of-concept projects to validate choices.
•Train, mentor, and influence partner technical teams by explaining complex concepts and architectural tradeoffs to non-technical leaders.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant, practical experience applying software engineering concepts to production systems.
•Expertise in object-oriented design, cloud-native and distributed systems (including microservices, resiliency, and failure handling).
•Strong experience with relational databases for transactional and analytical workloads, including data modeling and query performance.
•Working knowledge of identity and access management, including least-privilege practices and single sign-on (SSO).
•Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps, and the ability to support troubleshooting/on-call operations where reliability and uptime matter.

Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Quantitative or Engineering Field
