Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, troubleshoot, and enhance parametric test programs to improve stability and efficiency.
  • •Provide primary technical support for engineering test program requests and system updates.
  • •Deliver immediate probe-floor support to resolve hardware, software, and test program disruptions.
  • •Continuously monitor floor operations and proactively address hardware failures, prober device file errors, lot holds, and process deviations.
  • •Perform yield and wafer map analysis, execute lot dispositions, and support reliability testing protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED.
  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •2 years of semiconductor experience as a Technician OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experience.
  • •Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
  • •Flexible to work day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
