Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate activities of the client service team to ensure a coordinated approach to enhancing overall client relationships.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal HSBC colleagues while managing day-to-day portfolio requirements alongside the Relationship Manager.
  • •Build strong relationships with key individuals in clients’ management teams and assist with client plan development.
  • •Partner with Business Credit Officers to ensure credit applications (renewals and new money) are prepared and submitted on time, and handle credit-related queries.
  • •Support transaction documentation and prepare internal approvals (including Customer Due Diligence, pricing, credit, senior management and other approvals) while covering AML and regulatory responsibilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher.
  • •Actively complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions training and any required post-course assessment.
  • •Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • •Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
  • •Able to support client management and business development activities across the portfolio.
