Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, administrate, and implement systems including Office 365, Active Directory, File Shares, VMware SRM, Cisco UCS, Veeam, and data storage solutions.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot data center systems to ensure optimal uptime for internal and external customers.
  • •Oversee disaster recovery processes, backup/restore operations, and data center incident response.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and engineering resources to install, decommission, and migrate hardware across data centers.
  • •Assist the help desk and IT teams in troubleshooting and providing technical support; monitor server performance and capacity planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
  • •1-3 years of experience in data center operations or similar IT roles.
  • •Strong knowledge of Active Directory management and Group Policy; experience with Office 365.
  • •Hands-on experience with VMware and SRM, data storage administration, and Linux (Red Hat).
  • •Proactive problem solving, excellent communication, and customer service skills; ability to work under pressure and in a team.
