Key Responsibilities

•Define enterprise target-state architectures for AI, spanning business capabilities, value streams, operating model implications, and supporting technology platforms.
•Partner closely with the CDAO organization to align AI architecture with enterprise data strategy, analytics platforms, governance frameworks, and responsible AI standards.
•Develop and maintain enterprise AI roadmaps, identifying near, mid, and long term opportunities across operations, digital channels, CRM, Salesforce, and partner ecosystems.
•Establish repeatable AI implementation patterns, including agent orchestration models, human in the loop designs, integration approaches, and AI lifecycle management.
•Translate business strategies and operational pain points into clear, actionable AI enabled capabilities, from concept through execution readiness.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or related roles, with 5+ years operating at enterprise or cross domain scope.
•Proven enterprise, business, or solution architecture experience within financial services or other highly regulated environments.
•Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into architecture artifacts (capability models, value streams, operating models, solution blueprints).
•Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative and agentic AI, applied in business or operational contexts.
•Experience integrating risk, compliance, security, and governance into architectural decisions.
