Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and sustain Applied E3 Process Control and SPACE SPC (charts, limits, automated reactions), ensuring stable SECS/GEM communication and equipment-to-host connectivity.
  • •Lead SPC lifecycle and governance (variable selection, chart setup, limits, automated responses, and chart health reviews) aligned to global standards.
  • •Develop and maintain FDC models/classifiers and govern OCAP logic changes via ECNs, including UVA validation and false-alarm reduction.
  • •Support MES/MAM/RMS engineering by managing logic, events, data collection, and RMS recipe/version consistency, and troubleshoot system logic with Automation Technology.
  • •Monitor OOC/false alarms/FDC coverage/reaction compliance and perform structured RCA; automate tasks using SQL and Python scripts while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of SPC concepts and capability indices, including OOC vs. OOS.
  • •Experience owning E3 models and SPACE SPC frameworks.
  • •Experience with FDC/OCAP in Assembly & Test or Frontend facilities.
  • •Scripting and interpretation skills in SQL and Python, plus familiarity with SPC governance and audit processes.
