Commercial Counsel

Partner closely with Sales to drive revenue by owning sales commercial contracting and a meaningful procurement workflow. Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements (NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs) with an emphasis on speed, scalability, and practical risk management. Build scalable playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials, and improve contract operations with tools such as CLM and CPQ while collaborating across Security, IT, and Product.
