Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Provide consultative, customer-facing service as the primary representative of Vivint.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •A valid driver’s license and a good driving record; ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements as required by law.
  • •Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
  • •Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
  • •Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and meet physical requirements for climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
