Job Summary

Drive the evolution and scale of Mastercard’s Security and Identity solutions to improve approvals and help issuers and merchants manage fraud and chargebacks. Serve as the subject matter expert across Network Solutions, AI solutions, Identity solutions, cyber and more. Enable and support sales with content, training, and pipeline development, and lead go-to-market strategy and execution across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as subject matter expert for Mastercard Security products and programs, including network, AI, identity, cyber and others.
•Execute strategies to maximize revenue from Security and Identity solutions across decision intelligence/AI, risk management, identity, and AML/cyber solutions.
•Drive evolution and scale of security and identity solutions through sell, deploy, and run lifecycle phases.
•Enable and support sales by launching, expanding use, and optimizing identity solutions with customers and building sales pipeline.
•Develop next-gen security market strategy and lead product go-to-market plans, partnering with regional product and sales teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
•Preferred experience with authentication, fraud, and cyber security products.
•Strong understanding of the payments industry and digital payments.
•Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
