Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete invoicing transactions for shipments, using customer portals, ASN, carrier-specific labels, export documentation, and government contract management.
  • •Process transactions to invoice customer orders based on customer requirements and ship methods.
  • •Maintain proper queue management, conduct auditing to verify correct shipments, and manage overtime to support shipment forecasts.
  • •Coordinate oral and written communication between internal/external customers, supply chain management, and staff to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Support supply chain group needs (shipping/receiving, maintaining files, training new hires, and back-up support for plant operations) and identify shipping/invoicing errors for preventative measures.
